My mission
My soul's purpose is to share spiritual energy in the world. My mission is to help women come back to themselves. I gently hold space for them to remember who they are, rediscover their divinity and recover their light.
When I'm available
Every session is tailored around you. Sessions are currently running on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in Lightwater, Bracknell and online.

Who this is for
A safe space to stop, and just be
We are living in a world where most of us are frazzled, our nervous systems are in overload, so many of us are in survival mode and disconnected from ourselves. We are drowning in life. I provide a safe space to stop, just be, and allow the healing energies to nourish your soul.
In recovery
Walking the path of sobriety and recovery, I understand the struggles. This work is trauma informed and it is part of my own story.
Rebuilding
Healing after a difficult chapter, abuse, or burnout, and ready to feel safe in yourself again.
Neurodivergent
Navigating an ADHD or autistic mind, or mothering neurodivergent children, often without enough support.
Life is hard, I find it hard too. But I have come through the fire and found love, peace, sobriety, contentment and a faith stronger than I ever thought possible. I have experienced pure joy after a period of immense pain and struggle. I got through it, and I want to help you do the same.
